AWESOME: Lauren Boebert Says What Normal People Are Thinking

Representative-elect Lauren Boebert dropped the mic on Wednesday, scathingly exposing the rank hypocrisy and ridiculous double standards at play with Colorado’s COVID restrictions.

Mocking the government’s belief that they know what is best for your family and can pick and choose what should be essential for (supposedly) free Coloradoans, Boebert refused to let a virus with a 99.98% survival rate divide her family on Thanksgiving.

Unsurprisingly, Branch Covidians were waiting to pounce on the tweet, calling her a murderer and hoping she would die of COVID-19 (spoiler alert: it’s not going to happen). Worst was Governor Dear Leader Polis, who claimed on Facebook that if Boebert’s Thanksgiving dinner didn’t kill someone she would be “among the lucky ones,” before childishly comparing Thanksgiving dinner to The Hunger Games (where combatants kill each other until only one is left alive).

In a state where in-person dining has been shut down in many counties while weed dispensaries and liquor stores are allowed to remain open, Boebert resides in a county with only six five recorded coronavirus-related deaths. More importantly, she recognizes that the government has no business in your home or violating your freedom to peaceably assemble.

It is refreshing to see blunt honesty and plain common sense from one of the female congressional candidates who cleaned the Democrats’ clocks in the 2020 election.
