OUTRAGEOUS: Soros-Backed DA Gives Probation and Community Service to Unlicensed Illegal Alien Who Killed Young Woman in Car Crash

A Soros-backed Arapahoe County, Colorado, prosecutor gave probation and community service to an unlicensed, uninsured illegal alien who killed a young woman in a car crash last July.

Kaitlyn Weaver was only 24 years old when a 15-year-old illegal alien driving 90 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone crashed into her vehicle and virtually killed her instantly.

“The DA’s office said this would be a ‘no plea deal’ case, so they were not going to offer anything; any concession,” Kaitlyn’s father, John Weaver told CBS Colorado.

However, that abruptly changed after Soros-backed DA Amy Padden was sworn into office this year.

Amy Padden’s office offered the unlicensed illegal alien two years’ probation and community service if he pleaded guilty.

The illegal alien’s mother wasn’t even charged because she claimed that her son took the Jeep without her permission.

The Weaver family is devastated by the DA’s decision to give probation and community service to the illegal who killed their daughter and left them with more than $1 million in medical bills.

“Immigration and the criminal justice system and all these things landed together one day in Aurora and now I sit here today without a daughter,” the distraught father John Weaver told CBS News.
